Except a little less on the cardio and a little more on the weight training. <br /><br />Diet will stay around the normal 40/40/20 breakdown we have both been doing. If I am feeling down on certain days then i'll add in come more carbs for a pick-me-up!<br /><br />I was cool having my wife and our friends at the race. Your training really paid off. <br /><br />Your next round of P90X sounds intense. I can honestly say using dumbbells, lat machines and lo-pulley rows added so much more to the routines. I think your decision to do P90X...Hey there Jeff... I think your decision to do P90X and tri training is sound. I was basically doing that while training for my first tri (except I skipped out on yoga). <br /><br />Cool pics! It is cool that you have something on which to look back upon. I did not have anyone at my first tri so I only have one pic that I asked someone to take for me. I did not have the heart to wake up my son at 3am.<br /><br />My sprint tri that I was supposed to do in Oct got cancelled so I have made some changes in my training strategy too.
