Thank goodness. Tommorrow ...Today is my rest day! Thank goodness. Tommorrow starts the final phase! I have been messing around with my Macronutrient intake and have gotten the ratio to be 58/23/19 so that will have to do as my weekday base. The 23 is the protein so I think that everything should be fine. This also puts me at 2700-2800 calories. I have been doing around 2500-2600 so this is a little more food.
