I know that it takes time to get back up to speed after an injury as I just got over one myself and am now starting the p90x plus.

SusanSusanhttp://www.ultimatefitnessgear.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4117508586192062017.post-62458158364716649262009-02-05T20:36:00.000-06:002009-02-05T20:36:00.000-06:00When I wrecked the ATV ... it landed on my foot wh...When I wrecked the ATV ... it landed on my foot when I jumped off.

I remember when that happened you wouldn't let me catch you. The shoulder seperation, broken clavicle and 3 torn ligaments all were from the same incident (astroturf ..yuk). And the right arm and right wrist were from the same stupid thing too (landing on thm during a basketball game!). The major shoulder injury was a tough time and probably the main reason I became out of shape for the next decade or so. But the important thing is that if my banged up self can do this program than most others can also.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07061773215250783439noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4117508586192062017.post-785248051365008322009-02-05T08:53:00.000-06:002009-02-05T08:53:00.000-06:00You might as well have thrown yourself off a cliff...You might as well have thrown yourself off a cliff with all those injuries! I have had surgery on both of my knees - MCL on left and ACL/MCL on right - and I am on my 3rd cycle of p90x. I have to modify some of the squat moves and have bad days here and there but am able to do everything. Keep up the awesome blog and keep on pushing play brother.

JayAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
