P90X Hybrid Day 24: Rest

According to my hybrid schedule I wanted today to be Shoulders & Arms. Now according to the regular P90X schedule it is supposed to be a Stretch X day. Well, the creators of P90X are much smarter than me because I did not have it in me. Partly because it was the end of the month and because of the way my job works it was a stressful day. I made it through in good shape but was completely wiped out by the time I got home. Instead of hitting the gym I went to Hooters with a couple of buddies to watch Monday Night Football. Had a couple of beers and am ready to tackle September.

Tomorrow is a running day. If it is still raining I will run on the treadmill.

P90X Hybrid Day 13: Rest Day

I forgot to mention in yesterday's post that I had a work function tonight so I was switching today's Running day with tomorrow's Rest Day. I just got home and still have a bunch more work to do so this works out much better. So tomorrow evening I am going to my 5 mile run in!

P90X Hybrid Day 7: Rest Day

We spent about 7 hours in the car today and then another 6 hours at our meetings and I am very glad this is the rest day. After this post I am going to pass out.
I posted pics of my supplements for two reasons. 1) They are working wonderfully! I feel stronger than ever and my recovery time is excellent. 2) I have gained 8 pounds!
I began taking the Cell Mass, Nitrix, and Creatine two weeks ago and my weight was 152 lbs. Today I am 160 lbs! The funny thing is that I weighed myself the morning I began P90X, one week ago, and I was 152 lbs! That means I have put on 8 lbs in One Week.
I'm pretty happy about the weight gain. I was looking rather skinny after all the Triathlon training and felt like I needed to balk back up. I just thought it might take a couple of months and not just one week!
Tomorrow is Chest & Back and a couple of test rides on Tri bikes.
