Motivation - "I Am a Champion"

Every now and again we need that little extra push to get us out the door to get in our swim/bike/run training.  If you happen to need that little bit of extra motivation and that is the reason you are reading blogs right now then this is your lucky day!

I wish this guy was my HS football Coach! Watch and then go hammer that workout:
