Sounds just like my life... Bed at 9:30 on Friday night. Except that I'm not a triathlete, just a tired working mom who insists in waking up at 5 am daily to workout.
Your distance tomorrow is like me running to work. That's the length of my commute! That's IMPRESSIVE!
Steve - With your ATL traffic it probably takes us about the same time to complete 18 miles!
Liz - I love waking up early for the workout now. Very addictive and their is no better feeling then knowing your workout is done before your day even begins!
