Life got in the way today and I was unable to get to the gym. With today being the last day of the month and my company pushing to get as much $$ in as possible. I was up early and out late. Then I had some stuff to do this evening with my Real Estate company that ran over by about 2 hours ... Good times!!!
So, my 50 minute easy run which was scheduled for today got the axe and tomorrow is going to have to become a double workout day. I'll just get up early and run the neighborhood and then hit the pool in the evening.
I am exhausted - time for some sleep!

Good Attitude Jeff! Can't change the fact that sometimes work is going to get in the way. Just make up what you can tomorrow and don't fret the rest.
