Rest and Recovery

Doing better today. The back is still a little tight but I have been taking care of it all day. We have a run scheduled for tomorrow morning. It is only a 30 minute one so I am going to easy into it! I really wanted to sprint a 5k tomorrow but that is probably not the smartest thing to do! Never really been that smart.

  1. Ease back into it man, do the easy 30 minute run tomorrow and then if you want schedule in a sprint the new free day.
