Week Eight, Day One: Rest Day 3.53 Mile Run

Today I completely ignored my training plan which called for a rest day and ended up going for a run.  I went at a pretty easy 8:48/mi pace which was 3.53 miles in 31 minutes.

It was freaking cold outside again but I had a pretty darn good sweat going by the end of the run.

Tomorrow is a 30 minute run and a 30 minute bike.
