Still doing the high protein low carb diet. Weight is holding firm at 159.4 lbs. I woke up and was feeling wonderful today so I decided to just take the whole day off and get ready for week 7.

Whoa...I appreciate the reminder! In fact, I did remember...and knocked out eight. More on that in the post above. But...eight was all I could do...I was doing Tony's "arghhhh"...on the last one! Still "fillin'" it too, three hours later!
